If you have connected your Facebook account or another Meta account to an RM Services application, you can remove the application's access through your Meta account settings.
Removing an application's access does not necessarily delete information already stored by RM Services. To request deletion of that information, contact us using the instructions on this page.
Information held directly by Meta may be subject to Meta's own policies and procedures. You may need to contact Meta separately for data held by Meta itself.
If you use our WhatsApp Business API integrations, messaging tools, or marketing automation services, you may request deletion of eligible personal data associated with your use of those services.
Depending on the service, this may include account details, contact information, integration-related identifiers, and other personal data stored by RM Services.
If you are a business customer using our platform to manage your own contacts or customers, please specify whether your request concerns your RM Services account or personal data processed on behalf of your business.
